Kiki's Sea View Studio

Everything at Kikis apartment was absolutely wonderful. From Monicas friendly welcome when I arrived to the amazing sea view from the terrace. The apartment was clean, and the beds were so comfortable. I had the best sleep that I have had this year.

The view from the balcony and Monica's communications were great.

Not the hosts fault at all but there is a lot of construction going on in the area.

Hard to find and get there because of closed road. The studio is on the third floor and there is no elevator (it didn’t say in the description). No chair in the studio. No tv channels.

Loved the view. Nice, clean, modern place to stay. Close walk to supermarkets and beach. Loved the balcony. Host was amazing, had heaps of recommendations, was very helpful and responsive and met us and took our luggage to the studio upon arrival.

Everything was amazing. Nothing to complain about.

Second time staying at here. Enjoyed my stay as much as the first time. Monica is super hospitable! See you next time I’m back in Croatia.

Functional space, beautiful view.

Great location, shops and beach in close proximity. Love the balcony view. Close enough to Split city centre that I was able to catch taxis for a reasonable price. Loved it so much I’ve booked another night on my way back up the coast!

Has everything you need! Compact but spacious feel, doesn’t feel cramped at all! Great location, easily accessible to the beach and a short Uber ride into central. Monica was really lovely and attentive and was available if we needed anything or any recommendations.

The property itself was great, there’s currently some road and building works going on surrounding the property which made it a little tricky pulling a suitcase around, however the noise from the works is very minimal and didn’t disturb us.
