5 Ham Manor Farm Cottage

Very modern and clean with a lovely big garden. We loved the bifold doors, being able to enjoy the garden without having to be outside. The skylights also gave lots of natural light. Miniature shampoo and body wash in the bathrooms was a nice touch

The kitchen had essentials but could be better equipped. The road is quite noisy and we were unfortunate that this was made worse by local gas works. The gate at the end of the garden has quite a big gap at the bottom through which my small dog managed to escape. A very kind neighbour helped me find her for which I am very grateful

The directions to get to the property were a little vague and it took us a while to find it

Excellent communication. The house was AMAZING. Seemed as if everything was brand new. Lovely touches like a welcome note and bread , milk biscuits crisps plus tea/coffee machine and all cleaning stuff provided, even ice in the freezer. It was great for our family of 5 and even a lovely garden for our small dog

We struggled to share double beds but we are used to a super king so not really an issue with the house but us!!

The house was immaculate & clean. The facilities were great & everything was safe for our 4 year old granddaughter. The house was not only child friendly but also dog friendly with a secure garden. The beds were really comfortable & showers were excellent. House was quiet at night & neighbours really friendly. Really enjoyed our stay.

We were slightly concerned about pathway at side of house but everyone who went past smiled & said hello.

Very spacious, clean, garden was peaceful, everything you needed was provided. Beautiful property.
