It was not possible to gain entry to the apartment when I arrived. The Property Management's number was on emails, it took over an hour for one of my calls to be answered. I explained I couldn't access the property. An SMS with access codes was then sent which resolved the situation. It turns out a key code email was delivered, but it arrived hours after I'd been given entry through phoning Property Management. This problem could have been avoided because my ID and guest ID had been uploaded to the Property Management's App before our flights. Access codes being provided to the App after successful ID uploads would help guarantee entry to the appartment if emails are delayed or aren't received, or if that's not possible a system needs to be put in place that checks whether codes to enter the property have been received.

Very nice apartment, the location is wonderful, very clean and kitchen was ready with all kitchenware for self catering.

Clean , good location, good host

Big apartment, well kitted out and comfy beds. New and very clean. Great to people watch on the balcony. Quiet at night.

2 sister and 1 friend, booked with the idea of one sleeping on the sofa bed, however there was no mattress available for this. Luckily me and my sister sister didn’t mind sharing.
