Position was really nice. Kitchen is really well equipped.

House not clean, consider that i had to buy everything to clean the house since there was not even a piece of kitchen paper nor a soap for cleaning the table or the pavement, not even a tablecloath for the external table, which was really dirt. I even found an half-smoked cigarette laying on the top of the protectors of the shower. So that consider that you'll have to spend extra money and extra time even for a short stay. I had huge problems for the access to some of the building facilities and the owner didn't help at all not even apologised for the problem.

The place is in a perfect location for the beach and restaurants and shops. They've been very kind to let us check in 4 hours earlier than scheduled. The apartment is provided with everything you need.

We found the bed and the sofa very uncomfortable.  An improvement with the furniture would make the place perfect. 

The Apartment is located in a good area, close to shops and the beach. At first, we were impressed with the facilities, many cabinets to store your clothes and many kitchen utensils like pans and pots, cutlery and plates, toaster, microwave etc . Free wifi, Tv Downstairs there is a pool and you can watch the sunset from the balcony, a partial ocean view. The host was available for help and did their best to offer solutions. Seek support from booking. they might help The sun is always up in Gran Canaria...

Although the facilities are giving a modern vibe to the apartment, you cannot fully use them. We booked this apartment mostly for its facilities as we like to cook our food and wash clothes. This is not the type of place where you can feel like in your home or have long stays, maybe it is suitable for max 3-night stay but not 10. You cannot cook on 2 hobs at the same time otherwise the electricity stops, the host contacted the electrical company and they increased the voltage but in the middle of our stay and although we could cook, you could not use other devices at the same time. We adapted to the situation but it cost us more time and it was frustrating at times. - The bed is horrible, the frame is the cheapest possible (you feel it could break at any time) and the mattress is thin and overused, we mostly used the sofa for sleep which is not much better. The host gave us a roller foam to put under the mattress of the bed but it did not improve much the bed. - socket is not near the bed (as in the room facilities description) - The air conditioning is a ceiling Fan Please change that bed, it will make a difference in the level of comfort your guests experience. As for electricity make some tests, try to live in that apartment for 4-5 days and see what can be improved or cut some of the things that cannot be offered as the listing is creating different expectations than the reality and people leave disappointed as it is reflected in the reviews. When we booked, 4 months ago, this place had a score of 8.5.

Loved the area ,the apartment is well situated for bars and restaurants,but not noisy.apartment very nice

The apartment is in a great location Easy access and having the pool is amazing Beachfront is less than 5 mins and everything is wccessable

The bed in the bedroom could do with a better frame and mattress. Felt it was very low and hard to get up from it.might be better to get a wooden frame
