Tout était parfait : la gentillesse du personnel, la propreté des lieux, le confort… Nous avons eu la chance de pouvoir nous marier dans cet hôtel en bord de plage, et tout était incroyable. Chaque personne de l’établissement, participant de près ou de loin à l’organisation de cette journée si importante pour nous, s’est réellement investie afin de nous faire vivre un moment mémorable. Merci 🫶

Nous entendions pas mal de bruits provenant des chambres voisines durant la nuit, l’insonorisation pourrait être améliorée.

"An sich leuke tijd gehad, maar 5 sterren is dit zeker niet. Eerder tussen 3 en vier sterren in."

Enorm veel faciliteiten, meerdere restaurants, fijne gym, veel vermaak voor de kids, maar...

het is allemaal wat te veel en te massaal. Wat je van tevoren niet weet, is dat het kinderzwembad ook mensen toelaat die niet in het hotel verblijven waardoor het effectief enorm druk kan zijn en overal wachtrijen zijn. Het ontbijt is ook ongelofelijk druk waarbij het personeel z'n best doet maar een beetje achter de feiten aanloopt. Omdat het hotel zo massaal is, is de afstand ook erg groot tussen de verschillende faciliteiten. Op zich niet heel erg, maar soms wat onpraktisch. De kamers in de lagune wing zijn wat gedateerd, het scherm voor het slaapdeel van de kinderen sluit niet volledig af en is wat krap. Toen wij er waren hadden ze een deel van de lagune leeggepompt waardoor het er behoorlijk stonk wanneer je er langs liep.

I liked the location and the hotel its self is beautfull the staff and well mannered and go out of there way to help you

I didnt like that we had booked a partical sea view and was giving an upgrade with swim up pool the one they gave us didnt have such a nice view so i requested the room i paid for as it had nicer view they had none left so they upgraded me to a suite with sea view which was beautfull but i would still rather had the one i paid for as it had particial sea view and pool view which in my opion were really nice and i did not need the suite as there were only two of us so when making your booking make sure you specifie the room you want ,but i would deffinatly stay at this hotel again
