The terrace was large (however noisy due to trafic). Check in was smooth. Parking was available nearby. Sound proof windows that blocked the noise from the busy road.

The owner seemed to know nothing about the appartment. Air conditioning performance was very weak. Only cold water available. The owner didn't even know how to make the hot water running. There is a boiler in the kitchen but if you turn it on then it starts leaking dramaticaly water all over the place. It definitely must be serviced. Wifi isn't available at all despite the information on booking.com that it is available everywhere. The kitchen equipment is very very very poor despite the size of the kitchen (at least it looks promising in the pictures). There was a shade curtain at the terrace but didn't work. The bed was extremely uncomfortable.
