The location of an apartment is great and worthwhile. Close to the centre and all necessary facilities. The washing machine and kitchen are very useful. The staff was always available for any issues. We could always contact them and they could help us solving the problem. The price is very reasonable for the location. Therefore, our dislikes further have nothing to do with the aesthetics or location, but with small basic things that are expected to be taken care of by the host.

The apartment has minor issues which together make quite a bad impression. The lack of frame for the light switches in the bathroom, the hole in shower and cracking ceiling that falls on the floor of the shower do not give a feeling of safety. TV doesn't work. We had ant infestation (which got resolved), however, it did not give us a feeling of coming back again. Generally the apartment looked rather dirty and not cleaned that well. A tip: if it broken, fix it or remove it (as TV for example). Otherwise we expect it to work but then it turns out that it's broken

The location.

The awful smell from the toilet. The smell hit you as soon as you walked in the door. We had to keep the door shut, use the extractor fan and open the window. It was sickening. The toilet wasn't secure and moved. The fridge shelf to hold milk missing. The mattress was disgusting. We spent most of our time away from the apartment and wouldn't recommend to anyone until these issues are fixed.

Location

Bathroom size small, bedroom size too small. Danger of hitting the ceiling and getting hurt. A warning sign or a color band should be placed to avoid getting a bump in your head when standing up. If you're tall the bathroom is not for you. There's a lack of space even for leaving stuff inside.
