On a positive note, the central location is great and felt very private.

I imagine this apartment had a luxury feel a few years ago. During our stay in the 'Gold' room, the apartment lacked basic amenities and was not equipped for a 4 night reservation: - 2 toilet rolls. - 3 coffee pods. - Only one set of towels each to use with no washing machine. - No shampoo or body wash in the shower. The soap provided in the shower is hand wash. - Very basic utensils in the kitchen (no scissors). - Pillows were old and therefore uncomfortable. Additionally, we saw silverfish in the bathroom crawl under the trim on the last day. Interestingly, the key to unlock the 'Gold' apartment, also unlocks the lobby door. We therefore assume that the 'Silver' apartment within the lobby door uses the same key, opening some security concerns.

Very clean and comfortable

The apartment was spacious. Very clean. It had everything you required for a short stay and more.

How modern it was bright and tastefully decorated and styled and very clean. We felt safe and secure.

Firstly the location. the apartment is located in Kasimierz area and was within walking distance to most of the tourist spots in Krakow. it is a nice one bedroom apartment with a kitchenette and other accessories including a washing machine. The living area is big enough and the sofa can double hat as a bed, if needed. The apartment is very clean we liked the fact that the place is very quiet.

We felt that the mattresses were a bit too hard for our comfort.

The owner came into the apartment 5-10 minutes before indicated check-out time. They didn't knock on the door beforehand and I was using the bathroom. I did not enjoy this lack of privacy.

One or two minor bits of the apartment were tired but it did not distract from all the good bits

The location and how modern the apartment was. Everything is almost brand new. If you are looking for a modern apartment in Kazimierz, stop looking, this is the place! My "negative" comment is longer than the positive because I would love this apartment to correct these easy-to-fix details, but honestly the apartment is super nice. I will definitely come back!

The kitchen could include a bit more basic items. For example there is no opener to open tuna cans, or a flat frying pan. Plus, it would be nice for the kitchen to include some basic cooking items that become a waste for the tenant if he has to buy a new one for the stay, like cooking oil. Besides, the TV from the bedroom turns on automatically every 15 or 20min with no reason, so I had to disconnect it during my stay. I am pretty sure these things can be easily fixed and this apartment would become very complete
