Its a bit hard to check in. It took us 30-45 mins to fill up the online check in.

One of the best things about Mivesa is its accessibility to malls, restaurants, schools, and other essential establishments around Cebu City. Overall, Mivesa Garden Residences offers a perfect balance of comfort, convenience, and affordability. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a calm and secure place to stay in the city.

The rooms are nice, especially for a family of 5. The facilities are nice. The staffs are very friendly.

Only small issues. The bidets are clogged but I was able to fixed it.

I would recommend this place. The owner is very responsive with my questions and easy to negotiate. We stayed 4 days with my family while in Cebu. Definitely going back next year.

The apartment is in a complex which is guarded and well maintained. We loved especially the two pools (the which costs only 200 pesos per person per day and can be used all day, kids up to 6 years are free) and that it was all close as the kids were able to walk around freely. The beds were comfortable and shower pressure was ok. The apartment was cleanly All staff was very friendly and helpful at all times as well as the communication with the tenants was great.

The tableware was a bit limited, but was enough for us. A few more glasses as well as a toaster would have been great.
