Very Central Large & New

Great location, close to center. Building is very old but gave so much character to Budapest. Inside of the apartment was very roomy and modern. The host was very responsive and helpful. Check in and check out was very easy with on site lock box.

The hot water was little tricky, but we figured it out.

The apartment was overall pleasant and well located

There were several downsides that should be mentioned. The paint on the walls was quite worn and in need of refreshing. The shower was very difficult to adjust, with the water suddenly switching from very hot to very cold, which made it uncomfortable to use. The common areas were also in poor condition and much older than expected. It’s a shame, because the photos made everything look clean and modern, while the reality was quite different. Despite these issues, the stay was still enjoyable, but the listing could be more accurate to avoid misleading future guests.

The apartment was clean and spacious. Location is great for sightseeing and shopping.

Heating was not working. The place was freezing. Tried to contact the host but didn't get it resolved. The amenity section said there was a washer available, but there was none. Very disappointed.
