BGAEMs Assyl is very accommodating. She helped us throughout our entire journey in Almaty. From helping us how to book taxi, showing us the locations. Our hotel/apartment type of accommodation is very cozy and everything is available( utensils and plates plus cookware) with washing machine, fridge and microwave. Its very convenient, clean and quiet.
