The location was exceptional

The oven had to be cleaned before I could use it. The fire alarm kept going off. I reported it, maintenance man came was supposed to come back but never did. My husband had to keep fanning it until I finished cooking. A few ants kept coming into the bathroom. I sprayed. I also, couldn’t get the microwave to work. . Overall though the home was cozy and the location was great

Very clean. Nice place. Had an issue with air conditioner but it was resolved. Just need to leave directions or instructions regarding ac units for renters
