Great seaview Clean apartment.

Water in the jacuzzi did not warm up, although we followed the instructions. But, it was a lovely stay.

Excellent location with wonderful views and easy access to the tidal pool.

Had family visit us who were staying nearby and were not allowed into the property due to the no-visitors rule which I respect.

The unit was so close to the beach and all other amenities. Aircon in the lounge and rooms helped a lot with the Durban humidity. The property had all the necessary kitchen appliances, utensils etc and was not short of anything.

Looking at previous comments about the jacuzzi i chose to ignore thinking that was the past. However, to my amazement the Jacuzzi did not heat as per the past comments and upon sending messages to the agent/owner all they could tell me was 'it was serviced 2 weeks ago'. After i asked they send an electrician out - no reply since or even an apology. Disappointing as one looks at the facility and what it offers in order to ensure that there is a backup plan for the kids on rainy days. Also, not sure if directly above our unit is another holiday home but every morning around 8am someone drags the furniture probably cleaning but ridiculous knowing how loud it is and that there are units below them. Lastly there was no cold water in the ensuite basin which made brushing your teeth a problem especially if someone just had a shower.

No hot water for majority of our stay, had old folks with me no care in the world from booking.com or the owners of the property.

We loved the jacuzzi with its beautiful sea view. The patio furniture was outstanding, and the weber was in excellent condition. The lounge was comfortable and had everything you could need or want. Loved the bar and wine fridge, the dining area was good, and the kitchen had everything you could need or want. All the bedrooms are beautifully furnished, and the beds are comfortable. The aircons all worked wonderfully, and we were not harassed by any monkeys. Lift works, and everything is very clean from the parking to the corridors.

I must say my husband was down for business, and I was there for leasure, but we were only given one set of keys.

There was only one shower ( too small for a highly pregnant woman) Jacuzzi did not work heat. The cleanliness was not pleasing. Some of the pillows smelt like it wasn't changed. The guest bathroom had a weird odur. The kitchen cutlery and crockery were not washed clean. The apartment needs a small revamp with the inside dining set and upgraded crockery, cutlery, etc. Only 3 people could sit on the inside. The hosts were easy and accessible
