GBOn arriving at the property we were greeted with flies. Not just one or two, hundreds, dead ones and live ones all around the windows and on the floor. Our first response was to open the windows, shepherd them out and start to clean them up. We have pictures and videos just after the windows were open, (ideally we should have taken them as soon as we walked in) We could not stay at the property, informed the owners and showed them videos, and left to book another place. My wife is immunocompromised so there is no way we could stay there with flies even on the bed! Flies aside. The heating and hot water were also switched off on the boiler when we arrived. the place was super cold and damp. We turned the heating on full blast and the place warmed up pretty quickly but the bedding was so damp it wouldn't have dried enough for a comfortable nights sleep. No one had been there in at least a few days, probably longer. All of this could have been avoided if someone had just popped in there for an hour before we arrived to have a clean up and turn the heating on. Please be warned.

Unclean. Uncomfortable. Damp. Previous guests clothing still there.
GBComfortable, good parking, nicely thought out an good space
Lots of dead bugs throughout and had to work out how to turn on heating/hot water without any notes. TV (on Firestick which was good to have) was very dark and low batteries in the the remote so we used our own :)

GBLovely little studio. Ideal for us as we eat out at lunch then had our supper on the bench table outside the studio in the evening sunshine with a glass of wine.
GBLovely studio, good size. Good kitchen/bathroom facilities. Comfortable bed. Lovely scenic views. Nice and quiet. The cockerel didn't crow early, which was a bonus! Didn't hear it until about 9am. Parking convenient outside. Only a few minutes drive from park and ride into Bath City, which was handy. Lovely thick bath towels, but we could have done with another hand towel as there was only one. Tea, coffee, sugar, milk sachets and a few cooking bits provided (oil, salt).
There wasn't really a path from the parking area to the studio. Had to walk over grass and very uneven blocks with foliage. Probably okay when dry, but not ideal if it's wet and you've got posh wedding shoes on, which we had. Needs some lighting as it's very dark at night and you can't see what you're walking over. Some sensor lights would make it easier. Lamp shade was very wonky and dusty 🫣 Managed by a company (which isn't a problem!). There was no personal contact or reply to a message I sent. I received an automatic response which didn't really answer my question.
