Private Room in Cozy Shared Home in Lehi Ut

Guests provided their own food. Such an amazing kitchen to prepare meals in. Some ingredients were donated from previous guests. I was able to meet some great house guests and enjoy some meals together. The host was very professional and responded promptly when any questions needed to be answered. I was looking for something peaceful and quiet. The home is awesome for such much needed retreat. Thank you!

The yard was pretty awesome. Fenced in with a great patio, grill, and trellis. It just needed some more tender loving care with upkeep.

The yard was not mowed. There was a small little play area in the back of the yard, butif I had kids with me I wouldn’t let my kid go there, because snakes could be hiding in the very tall grass.

Exterior front and rear backyard needs maintenance (i.e. lawn mowed, edging and weeds eliminated). Emergency escape plan needs to be posted in the bedroom. I recommend on back of the bedroom door or near the light switch. A small list of checkout instructions for soiled bed linens, bath towels, hand towels and washcloths. Due to due to previous damage, the bedroom window screen needs to be replaced or at a minimum damage repaired. Vehicle parking instruction needs to be more defined. Too much guess work for the patron.

Nice room location. House was located in a quiet neighborhood and was near events that I attended.

Needed more accurate instructions on how to use the front door keypad and bedroom keypad for access BEFORE I arrive.
