WiFi did work well. Close to supermarket. Bed was long enough, but...

...old mattress where you could feel the springs. This could easily be "fixed" with a top mattress. Kitchen not clean; greasy some places and with several dead bugs around (pics). Black hair in the bathroom (I'm blond). See through curtains. Poor/lack of kitchen utensils and cutlery. On question about heating I was told it was all cut off for the season in the whole city (old communist blocks). The truth you'll see on one of the pics, it lacked the plug. Luckily it was warm enough though. I ended up in the hospital last night so I was a little late for check out (about an hour) and the owner(? only with a tiny rucksack, not enough for a cleaner with linen) showed up on the door. He pointed at me and said: "You. Get out!" with a tumb gesture over his shoulder. Quite intimidating. I didn't dare to tell or talk to him. As I was ready packed, I just stepped, took the elevator and left.

Квартира нормальная, удобная. Самый огромный плюс это Хозяин квартиры! Прекрасный добрый человек! Помог мне с ребёнком, приехал раньше, всё объяснил, помог найти обменник, пошёл на встречу во время передачи ключей. Я очень благодарна отзывчивому и не безразличному человеку)

Район, очень далеко от центра. Не было газа в квартире 3 дня. Очень старый лифт, страшно ехать,но пешком на 7 этаж сложно)

The bed was very comfortable, the apartment was also very clean in general

I was asked to check out by 11:15 despite booking saying that it can be done by 12:00. It wouldn’t have been a problem, but i was informed about it at 11:06. So perhaps letting guests know earlier could be a big improvement.

It's a good budget place that serves its function.

The block (not the flat) has a roach infestation, which may be inconvenient. However, it is being actively fought against by the administration and keeping the plug in the kitchen sink keeps them away.
