MBA COSY 4 bedroom house

Good location in terms of everything is basically on your doorstep, pubs, takeaways shops etc. 4 good sized bedrooms with 2 en suites. New kitchen is nice. Showers where nice and hot, clean towels and a clean kitchen. Excellent Wi-Fi speeds.

Hairs in bed, not sure if sheets etc have been changed since last used. Blinds in downstairs bedroom do not fully cover the window I.e. there’s a little side gap you can see straight out of so not great coming out the shower to see the street outside- this is an easy fix that should be done asap with new roller blinds. Dishwasher not fixed for a while by the looks of older reviews, just needs to be fixed or replaced. Street parking is a no go as it’s permit holders only, but the parking information sent to me helped us out. Didn’t like sending a £100 deposit to a personal bank account but I see why that has to be done, got it back with no issues so not that big of a deal.

House was clean, quiet and in a great location

Getting an email on the morning of departure saying I had to send over proof of ID - not happy with how secure this was or any detail of how my information would be used, stored and disposed of. No hairdryer Dishwasher broken Dirty tea towel left out Restricted parking outside that wasn't clear on listing - we only found out about car park a 5 minute walk away because landlord was still in property when we arrived Very temperamental hob Lukewarm shower (boiler set to 40 degrees??)

Great location close to HP Studio. Plenty of room for 7 people and kept very clean and tidy. Extra seating was a nice touch too. Checking in was very easy.

Street parking is tough especially at night, we had to park several streets over.

Location. Near Warner Bros studio tour. About 10 mins by car. Get closer to Leavesden high Street. Good choice of eateries. Jenny's breakfast was epic.

Parking. Roads around property are all permit only with time restrictions. There is a public pay and display about 5 mins walk away called The Harebreaks at WD24 6NG for sat nav.

Very clean and ideally placed to visit Harry Potter studios! Lots of choice for places to eat and within walking distance of Watford Junction station.

Very clean house. Comfortable beds. We were two families, 8 people. Only ten minutes away from Harry Potter Studios.

the step into the kitchen and the the backdoor could do with having a strip of stand out tape to warn you of a step
