GBThe apartment itself was fantastic, it had everything we needed for a family of 4. The facilities within the apartment were brilliant and the location was spot on. There was a lot of storage space for unpacking. Also lots of plug sockets dotted around the apartment. The air conditioning was great and so was the heating. The apartment was lovely and clean. Two keys to the apartment were provided. Minty Stay were very proactive and responded quickly via WhatsApp.
Whilst the apartment was fantastic, it had a severe damp problem. The smell of the damp was very overpowering and unpleasant. The bedrooms were also very light as the curtains weren’t lined. Due to the location and perhaps single glazed windows it was excessively noisy at times. This may just be that we booked it over a bank holiday weekend and it was particularly busy. We were also made aware to not leave one of the keys in the back of the door as you then cannot open it from the outside. We did unfortunately do this and ended up calling out a locksmith to gain access back into the apartment (€110 cost). The locksmith said he’s regularly there so it does raise the question that the current system isn’t working. Perhaps a sign on the back of the door would alert people not to leave the key there. If it is a regular problem then the issue should be addressed.

Being on the ground floor and with heavy traffic nonstop day and night… it was very noisy.

No me gusto tener que tirar nosotros la basura porque los contenedores estaban lejos. Un punto negativo es que all ser un bajo tiene muchos ruidos, camioneta de basura, gente hablando, rodadas con las maletas.
ESLa ubicación
Los ruidos de la calle, al ser un bajo y bares cerca, se oía las voces muchísimo.
