The location was good for the price, the room was clean, check-in was easy

There are many downsides. We booked an apartment for three people and checked in three, but there were only two sets of towels and no bed linen for the third bed. We tried calling the apartment management, but no one answered. We sent them a message asking for bedding and towels, but our messages were read but completely ignored. But on checkout day, the apartment management didn't forget to write to us and remind us about paying the tourist tax. In other words, our request was simply ignored. As a result, the third person slept on the sofa, which creaked REALLY, covered the pillow with a towel, of which there were not enough, and instead of a blanket they covered themselves with a bedspread, which was not clean. There was no detergent, dish sponge, dish towel, or napkins to wipe the table in the kitchen. We also couldn't use the dishwasher because there were no capsules. Since we stayed for two days, our vacation was greatly marred. I don't recommend it because the apartment owners are not interested in their guests.
