Maison spacieuse, confortable et propre ! Située tout près de l’aéroport ce qui devrait ravir les fans d’aviation. Hôte très sympathique et facilement joignable Nous étions 8 et il y avait encore deux lits dispo Nous reviendrons avec plaisir

Je suggère de rajouter une machine à café espresso, de quoi faire des glaçons, et un petit barbecue

Dom zlokalizowany w fajnym miejscu, duży i przestronny, z częścią wspólną w której można zjeść wspólnie posiłki i z dużym tarasem. Dom dobrze wyposażony, jest ekspres, potrzebne sprzęty, pralka, suszarka i żelazko. Wystarczająco dużo ręczników na 10-cio dniowy pobyt. Miła i spokojna okolica. Dobry kontakt z właścicielami. Samoloty można podziwiać z tarasu.

Dom już jest stary i wymaga drobnych napraw i małych wymian, jak chociażby deska od toalety. Największy minus to potężne karaluchy, które bardzo uprzykrzały pobyt i pojawiały się zarówno na tarasie jak i w domu. Także osoby wrażliwsze powinny wziąć to pod uwagę bo posiłki nie smakowały już tak samo, a tak wielkich karaluchów jeszcze nie widzieliśmy, ale podobno to normalne na Maderze. Na ścianach wisiało też sporo pajęczyn. Dla nas możliwość oglądania z bliska samolotów była atrakcją , jednak po kilku dniach może stać się to nieco uciążliwe bo latały od wczesnych godzinnych porannych jak i w nocy.

Very spacious house with a beautiful view. Fairly priced. Well equipped, has everything you need. The city of Santa Cruz is very cute and has restaurants and grocery stores nearby. Host is friendly and can be reached easily through messages (we never met her in person). Host was flexible with the check in, and we were able to arrive early.

We booked the house, which according to booking has four bedrooms. However when we arrived only two were available. We called the host and she explained that since we booked as a couple, we didn't get access to the other bedrooms. While a reasonable policy, this is not communicated transparently. The house is very close to the airport and you hear the planes. Personally it did not bother us, neither during sleep, but it's something to be aware of. We experienced a big problem with cockroaches in the house, mostly on the terrace, but also in the kitchen and bedroom. We must have killed more than 50 cockroaches during our two weeks there. The host was helpful in trying to solve the problem and offered us pesticides/sprays to kill them. However the problem didnt leave and eventually lead to us not using the terrace anymore. If you have a (big) issue with cockroaches, be aware when booking this property.

logement très grand pouvant accueillir facilement 10 personnes. Très propre et tout le nécessaire pour la cuisine, linge etc...

cafard sur la terrasse mais dû au climat tropical de madère. Bombe à disposition dans le logement manquerait la climatisation

la casa tiene buenas vistas ,es amplia

Relacion calidad precio,teniendo en cuenta que pagamos 8 personas 705€ 10 noches bien. La casa tiene falta de una lavadita de cara ,ademas que no se si por la epoca habia bichos negros . el ruido de los aviones ,es algo a tener en cuenta.Vuelan hasta las doce de la noche y a las seis empieza otra vez aunque alguna noche tambien tenian vuelos a las 1 o las 4. La meceta de la escalera en la entrada es un peligro deberian señalarla ,nos dimos un cabezazos.
