Great nights sleep, with the cool river breeze. We liked that it was something different to a "normal" hotel. We liked that it was not a touristy area, but still had great access to all forms of public transport within 15 mins of the main area. The owner Paulo was very welcoming and helpful across our trip. We would highly recommend it as something different. We are a family of four with two children aged 5 and 10

Next to a nightclub. But we fell asleep easily and didn't notice after our first night.

Paolo was a great host, meeting us late at night and taking us out on a boat trip which was a wonderful extra, thank you. The deck was especially lovely to sit out on

We had a fantastic stay in Lisbon, thanks to Be Local. The accommodation was comfortable and well-equipped, making us feel right at boat. A special mention goes to the availability of hot water on the boat, which was a pleasant surprise and added to our comfort. The location was perfect for exploring the city, and the local tips provided were incredibly helpful. We highly recommend Be Local for anyone looking for a unique and enjoyable stay in Lisbon.

Paulo is a very friendly and carrying host and he shared many helpfull informations The boat was beautyful, the location is pefekt for visiting lisbon and the interesting spots along the river. Supermarket (a big pingo doce in 10min. walking distance). Secure parking in 2 min walking distance from the boat for only 6.- a day. Many nice restaurants in walking distance as well. The sunset riversailing was outstandig. We had an amazing experience on Pede Vento. You have to consider: It‘s a boat. There is everything what you need, just a little bit smaller as in a 5star hotel. But to stay on a boat was our choice, we would do that again….

We spent 3 night there and we had really great experience. The bedrooms are typical bedrooms on a boat, so don't expect big rooms. It was clean, and all we need was provided - towels, shampoo, blankets, and etc. Paulo was great host, we had amazing sunset tour.

There was a problem with the water pump. I do believe that is already fixed as Paulo was waiting for a new one.
