Scammer!! We paid and check in late and many ppl were waiting, then they said their system overbook and can’t offer me a room! They asked me to click cancel and they will refund shortly but they didnt! I was forced to go finding other hotel in the middle of the night! After back in hometown, I called them again to follow up they say will refund in 7 business days, so i gave them another chance and waited patiently but nothing happened and nobody answered my phone after that! Booking also said they can’t do anything! What a lousy system, i feel so dissatisfied and will not use booking service again!
