El apartamento tiene todo lo necesario, es simple, bonito y cómodo, justo frente a la playa, ideal. El anfitrión muy amable y servicial.

La ubicación en una zona tranquila en primera línea de playa, la limpieza, impecable y lo cuidado y totalmente equipado que esta el apartamento. Un bajo a pie de playa con buenas vistas Hasta pinzas de la ropa en el tendedero. Las fotos que aparecen son totalmente reales. La mesa con las cuatro sillas en el patio delante de las ventanas del salón una maravilla para el desayuno o tomar algo a la luz de la luna y escuchar el sonido del mar. Una maravilla. El anfitrión Juan una persona amable, simpática y con buen trato, nos recibió y nos explicó todo el equipamiento del apartamento y nos dijo que ante cualquier imprevisto que estaba a nuestra disposición y que contactáramos con el si lo necesitábamos. De hecho estaba en el apartamento de enfrente alojado por trabajo, que también es suyo. Un detalle de bienvenida que se agradece mucho, un vino de rueda, unas patatas fritas y unas cookies de chocolate. Estuvimos alojados del 27 de Julio al 2 de Agosto.

Estas con miedo por no dañar nada sin querer de lo cuidado y limpio que esta.

El apartamento era completamente nuevo con todas las comodidades que necesitábamos.

La limpieza del apartamento y la ubicación. Los anfitriones muy atentos y nos recomendaron lugares que visitar etc.

This apartment is absolutely gorgeous, finished to a very high standard and immaculately clean. Great location at the quieter end of the sea front with a fab view from the lounge. There was a lovely welcome hamper and as we were staying for Christmas a lot of trouble had been gone to to make the place feel Christmassy for us. Juan couldn’t have been more helpful both for check in but also to my question about not having a bread knife - where he promptly arranged for one to be delivered along with a loaf of bread!! Thankyou Juan!

It’s a very small thing but the bathroom door handle was noisy so as two friends when one of us went to the loo at night it woke the other up. It made us laugh tho and I text him when I left so I bet he’s oiled it already!

The apartment was extremely comfortable & Juan goes that extra mile to ensure his guests feel special; the chilled rose Cava & snacks on arrival was a lovely welcome after travelling from Alicante by Tram. The apartment was spotless & is well designed with comfortable furniture throughout. Fittings & fixtures are of a high quality in the bathroom & kitchen, and they were both stocked with useful day to day products. The living room sofa is large and very comfortable. The lighting throughout the apartment is excellent. The apartment is in a really lovely location & the views of the beach are gorgeous - we made use of the table & chairs each day on the outdoor courtyard / terrace. We were grateful for Juan’s guidance - whenever we reached out to him with any questions he responded quickly & was at all times professional & pleasant and full of useful knowledge. All in all we had a fabulous 3 day stay in this stunning apartment in the beautiful area of Villajoyosa.

We didn’t like having to leave!

The apartment is very nice and has a great location by the sea. It's just a few steps to the beach. It was very quiet during our stay. The windows could be completely darkened at night. When we had questions, our landlord responded promptly.
