Blinds are just a bit too narrow and a bit too short so it’s very light very early in the morning

There was nothing I didn’t like about the property.
GBBright and airy. Just the right size for us and our puppy. Lots of helpful information and recommendations. The terrace at the front was a great addition especially as we were very lucky with the weather. It was really secure and fences high enough that you didn’t feel exposed.

BELovely studio, larger than expected. Everything you would need for a comfortable stay. Well equipped kitchen, good bathroom, nicely decorated. Even a little garden where you can sit and have a drink. Honesty bar available. Supermarket in walking distance, city about a 20 minute walk. Some very nice cafes and a pubs close by. Good communication with hosts. I loved the typical Brighton street in a residential area, meaning it is nice and quiet at night :-)

Description of garden was deceiving as had to come out of front door to access.
GBA cosy home away from home in a great location! We stayed over Christmas and the log burner was a bonus. It’s walking distance to the beach and centre but a perfect amount of distance out to a quieter residential area.

Parking was tricky and never park under the trees because the birds poop on your car!
GBThe property is decorated lovely and the hosts were amazing. They let us check in early which was greatly appreciated.
The walls are extremely thin so you can hear everything including conversations and very loud laughter in the flat next door. We had to be up early and because of this we didn’t sleep. The bed was also quite uncomfortable.
