Whare-iti / Little house

Breakfast was left in the room. Good selection of fresh produce beautifully presented. The accommodation is quite small but there is a well appointed bathroom and if the weather is fine then a good sized deck stretches the tiny house further offering seating and eating outside. Unfortunately we took the (torrential) rain from Wellington to Motueka which meant we couldn't make use of the delightful outdoor setting. The little kitten cat sheltered indoors with us and was very friendly. Cosy and within convenient walking distance from restaurants and shops. The hosts even turned on heating in advance of our arrival which was appreciated.

The weather! We would have loved to have eaten our breakfast outside on the charming private deck. There is no ability to eat comfortably inside if the weather is inclement. Unless you like breakfast in bed!!

Great breakfast nice selection fruit yogurt cheese jam bread cereals juice.

Elise and Stu were very welcoming and happy to give us lots of requested information about the area. The breakfast was excellent quality and substantial.

Great host and well catered for my gluten free breakfast. The sound of the native bids was great.

This was the perfect base to explore Abel Tasman national park and surrounding areas. It was a clean comfortable stay and had everything we needed! A lovely breakfast was provided.

Loved the little house with great private patio. But if it rains it is not big enough. You do not even get a chair to sit on to have your breakfast. We brought a patio chair in, and I sat on the luggage table. The owners are lovely and the breakfast was excellent.

The bed was lumpy and hard, if you can have that both at once, so we did not sleep well. I do not know how the other people found it so comfortable. It was too firm with the wrong cushion topper. The bedding was lovely. Very small room without room to dine, but I did not realize that when I booked. There is no sink in the kitchenette, but the best fridge/freezer we have had in 10 properties we have stayed at. Worst bed and kitchenette and best fridge and outdoor patio set up.

Elise and Stu were super friendly hosts who gave us many tips. We loved the breakfast with fresh fruits from the market. Lovely place to stay, especially sitting outside listening to the birds in the trees and having dinner. Good place for trips to Abel Tasman.

Nothing. Everything was good. Maybe a can of fly spray as flies like little house too.
