"Lovely home in a great location, just perfect for our Utah Adventure."

Loved the location to the parks we visited and the ease and friendliness of our contacts. The home was beautiful, and quite comfortable.

Verizon cell service did not work at this location. Internet messaging and calling was used to communicate with family at home. The master bedroom temperature was difficult to regulate.

"Comfortable and convenient to national parks"

Very clean house with comfortable beds and space for a family of 9. Alex and Vanessa provided great instructions/guidebook for different aspects of the property and the surrounding area. They were great hosts and very easy to reach out for any needs. Great proximity to Zion and Bryce. Lots to do at the ponderosa ranch.

Location to East Zion entrance was great! Close to Knaab and Orderville. Bryce Canyon was about 1.5 hour drive. This property has a trail right behind the house that leads to some pretty amazing overlooks like the Checkerboard Mesa! The house has everything you need!

The only thing that could be better is free access to the resort pool. It costs a good amount to stay at this property per night and to have to pay an additional fee ($35 per person we were told by the resort) to use the pool right down the road was too expensive. For a family of 4 it was $140 to use the pool for the day, but we only wanted to use it for an hour or so.
