Huone oli tilava ja siisti.

Oli erittäin kuuma sisällä. Ilmastointilaite helpotti vain vähän.

Easy stay. The room is well maintained, the bathroom has been refurbished, the fridge, micro and kettle are a plus.

Because of the extreme heatwave and the room location on the sunny side of the building, it was ..very hot. There are black out curtains and a new tower fan, so the owner couldn't have done more.

Comfortable bed, good location.

The bathroom is very old with tiles almost falling off the walls and the shower cabin door broken and not closing. We visited at the end of May, the ventialtion did not work and the room was airless. There is a wierd and unpleasant division of real estate ownership in Ellivuori. Some rooms belong to the resort and some, like this one, to other owners. The room was almost literally behind a corner (two corners) from the reception. When I arrived to the reception and asked for the room, the answer was 'it belongs to someone else, contact the owner'. While logical per se, could not the owner and the reception agree to answer 'check that corridor, your room is there'? This was annoying. In the night, a group of youngsters was partying under my window until 3am. When I complained to the reception the answer was... surprise... 'this is a private area, call police if they disturb you'. As a customer I should not care about peculiarities of reale state ownerhip. I want to get to my room upon arrival and I want present staff to take care. The current arrangement at Ellivuori does not work: this room was in the main building of the resort complex. I do not care who owns different corners of the building but they must agree and start providing service. Until then I do not plan to return to this place.
