Viaduct View - Cefn Coed

Lovely accommodation on the outskirts of Merthyr Tydfil. That said there are local shops close by and we had an excellent Indian meal just a few streets away. The house is very clean and nicely presented. Lovely rear patio area

Home from home set up, all the things you need for a little break, all the little details covered and amazing value for money

couldn't fault anything really but if I had to be picky, I had to park around the corner as there was no spaces outside the house due to people parking there using the building opposite

Beautiful property with great hosts! They were extremely helpful and the house had more than everything we thought we would need. Will definitely come back for a longer stay!!!

Comfortable 3 bedroom house (2 doubles 1 single). Hosts had left eggs, milk and a bottle of wine, a nice touch. Well equipped kitchen. Not a picturesque location as such but nice view of spectacular viaduct which is well worth walking over (part of “Taff Trail” long distance path). Close to Brecon Mountain Railway which we visited and enjoyed.

No off road parking but we did find a space quite near. Not a good choice of take away eateries nearby, fish shop closed for holiday when we visited but Deliveroo came to rescue..

I loved the property - it was clean, tidy, well organised, very homely, and comfortable. The owners have thought of literally everything that a family could need and have provided lots of little creature comforts and provisions which meant we could use our time relaxing and having fun. A little while after we arrived, they reached out to ask if everything was satisfactory, and on our last day, a little before our checkout time, they provided a helpful reminder of what to do when leaving. They were very friendly and helpful with just the right amount of well timed communication. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

I can't think of anything that I didn't like.

Wonderful stay with the most amazing hosts! We travelled with a baby and the house had everything we needed e.g. high chair, travel cot, blankets. The house also was stocked with all the essentials tea, coffee some delicious Welsh cakes and toiletries if needed. We would definitely stay again, as sadly it was only a short visit as visiting friends for a party, however lovely house, easy to find on Google Maps and brilliant hosts.
