Lovely Town house Room 3

Nothing.

There was no on site parking as advertised. When asked about where the parking was on site, I was directed to several streets away for a private block of flats' residents parking. That is not on site. I immediately contacted the host with my complaint with no response, I contacted booking with no resolution. booking said they couldn't get through to the host. There was a gap in the bedroom door where you could see in from the corridor it did not feel safe. We immediately had to find alternative accommodation due to the false advertising. It is also advertised on booking.com as the 'entire property is yours' however you only get a bedroom and ensuite there is not even a kettle in the room. To add insult to injury I also received three automated messages from the property saying they hope I enjoyed my stay even one message including a 'cheeky', as they put it, guide on how to leave a good review for them and stating that if they drop below a certain rating that booking.com will remove them. They clearly were not looking at messages because we'd already left within the hour of arrival.
