It was close to Tenby and had it own parking included

It had a constant dripping kitchen tap that require fixing

Great location and very comfortable

Washing machine and dryer gushed filthy and gritty water all over the floor on our first night. My husband who is capable fixed the machine drainage and cleaned up the smelly , putrid mess from the floor. Contacted the manager and they said great ! Thankyou ! Asked for some recompense for our trouble - replied “ No the machine is fixed now” Go figure!

Great location. Allocated parking space was a bonus. The apartment was clean, comfortable and well equipped.

There were a few housekeeping issues but we have reported these so hopefully they will get sorted.

The set out of the rooms was great- the kitchen had a dishwasher and fridge which were useful.

The location was convenient to be able to walk to the beach/town. The apartment was spacious, shower was good and beds comfortable

The apartment wasn’t cleaned particularly well. The kitchen was not well kitted out to cook, kitchen tap kept dripping. Bins not big enough and no instructions where to put the rubbish and paint kept flaking off the walls in the main bedroom

Location and parking were great. Apartment was well equipped.

There is water coming through the ceiling from the apartment above. I tried to contact Stay Pembrokeshire to sort but they didn’t reply very promptly at all. Replied with ‘ will let the owner know’ We left early as the light switch was very wet and the cupboard where all the cleaning equipment was left was black with damp on the ceiling. We were concerned about the electrics. Should have been offered different accommodation to be honest as it wasn’t safe. The water was running down the walls in the entrance hall also. I sent photos to Stay Pembrokeshire to show them the extent of the issue.
