The TV was damaged, but managed to get it working. They responded quickly and offered to replace it.

We cooked our own foods . It's not a bed and breakfast. Location was great wasn't in the busy nosey town but town was close by . Good little cottage with hot tub

It has no lake views. Not having a sink to d dishes wasn't the greatest had to do them in bathroom sink.
