Big villa, many rooms, no refrigerator in the kitchen, no water in the coolers. One bowl for all the rooms, not one plate, one knife. Broken hygienic shower. We went into the bathroom, everything was in water. The bed is dirty. No blankets, some dirty bedspreads. In any hostel, better conditions than in this so-called villa. 🤣🤣
MYMYMYThe house floor and room floor was very clean and not sticky with too much detergent applied to the floor, which was excellent! The room's toilet and bathroom was spotlessly clean! The house was in a quiet, peaceful and safe area. The check in instructions were clear. Complimentary access to a fully functional and clean Coway hot and cold water dispenser was great. Free and covered car parking was within the house compound with an auto gate.
The sound-proofing in the house and room could be improved as door closing noise and some conversation from other rooms could be heard especially at night, only affecting very light sleepers. The room ventilator fan and air con needs to be set at max for long hours to effectively cool down the room so the noise from these two items is noticeable. For discerning guests, usage of own bath towel is suggested. The house does not have a back door as a fire escape.
