We loved the location, the staff, the design, the cleanliness…I could go on. I honestly wouldn’t change a thing!

The breakfast here was unmatched - the staff and food were amazing. Nataliya (the receptionist) was knowledgeable and so helpful as well as the owners who gave great recommendations for the hiking routes around.

There is not one bad word I can say about this place.

Perfect location close to everything and town is walkable. Also, the front is closest to this beautiful rolling river behind your room may face a lovely green Hillside with trees. So PEACEFUL! The warm helpful team which included Alexander Natalia and Susan gave A+ customer service. The accommodations were perfect, comfortable and quiet and restful And so beautifully done. The attention to design details were perfect. So clean and sparkly! And now the breakfast, which was amazing from freshly ground Farro for hot oatmeal with fresh berries, cappuccino, eggs, prepared the way you like them by the wonderful kitchen team. They were so much to choose from-and we enjoyed the healthy choices since while traveling that can be so important. We definitely would love to stay again when we return to the dolomite area.

The staff were so kind and helpful. We stayed 4 nights with fantastic view from balcony (super green). The bed was also comfortable and clean with fine bed linen. Breakfast was superb everyday as they mentioned. Everything you need was just in a walking distance and near the center of the town, super market, and cable car. We couldn’t be more happier. Everything was excellent. I would stay here again for sure next time.

Exceptional Hotel, perfect facilities for both summer and winter activities. Modern hotel which has retained its family run attention to details and customer experience. Rooms were beautifully decorated, alpine yet modern feel with everything you could need. Lots of parking both outdoor and undercover. Bike and ski rooms available with a gym included. Breakfast was good with plenty of choice, fresh and healthy ingredients. Cannot rate this hotel highly enough. Will definitely stay again

Super clean, great location, the most friendly helpful staff. Free bus pass for my stay and access to the pool and spa just a minutes walk away.

Honestly nothing wrong at all.
