THE STAFF. DID NOT TELL US ABOUT THEY IS NO POOL. THAY SAID WE SENT YOU A EMAIL ABOUT THE POOL. SO I SHOWED THEM ALL MY EMAIL FROM YOU. AND THEY JUST DID NOT SAY ANYTHING AFTER THAT. AND ASKED THE LADY WHO GIVE ME THE KEYS TO THE PROPERTY ABOUT THE POOL SHE SAID SHE WILL LOOK INTO IT FOR ME. STILL NO RESPONSE FROM HER. GREAT....

The views were incredible

The apartment location is perfect. You have a sea view and can enjoy it from the comfort of the balcony. The Buriana beach is approximately 5-7 minutes walk. Among other benefits is that the beds are comfortable and the apartment has a dishwasher. We also used the parking spot which was first come first serve, therefore, sometimes we had to park on the streets. The hosts left a bottle of white wine and a bottle of water as a welcome drink.

The apartment was not very clean, the furniture was shabby and worn. If you like rustic style and are not very picky you will like it. There are definitely not enough mugs for a 2bedroom apartment. The hairdryer is dying after 2 minutes. The washroom smelled and there’s mold in the shower cabin. To our surprise the hosts left 1 roll of toilet paper and the washing kit was barely for one person’s use. However, my experience was soured the worst by an unfounded accusation of breaking the Hoover. No one asked me if we had used the device or any other questions. They just told me they have proof that it is broken and didn’t return the safety deposit. This unaddressed issue cast a shadow on an otherwise enjoyable stay, leaving a sense of injustice and impacting overall satisfaction. I will never rent an apartment with Casa Sol and do not recommend this company to anyone. I have travelled to 20 countries and stayed in bunch of places, have been a booking.com user for more than 10 years and have never experienced such a problem. IF YOU ARE BOOKING APARTMENTS WITH CASA SOL, MAKE SURE TO TAKE PICTURES AND VIDEOS OF THE APARTMENT AS WELL AS ALL DEVICES. TRY SWITCHING THEM ON AND REPORT EVERYTHING THAT IS SCRATCHED BROKEN OR NOT WORKING. THIS WAY YOU ARE SAFE FROM FALSE ALLEGATIONS AND WILL HAVE PROOF!
