The place is spotless and very close to sm ecoland

Beds can be improved

Second time there the stuff is super nice and the room very clean internet is good one minute walking from SM ecoland mall

The room was soo clean even the toilet! that's what I like about this mini hotel aside from it's location. The staff were smiling and very approachable, if in case you needed anything. I will definetely comback again. Thank you. ❤️ It was a wonderful stay in your mini hotel 🥰

It's just the bed was a little bit noisy when you moved, but it was fine and bearable.

Very near sm ecoland. Walking distance lang. Around 5 minutes away only

I don't like the leather bed. I cannot sleep so well. I am not comfortable.

It's good enough to stay for the night since it's not really a staycation and I am out most of the time. I'll go back here next time. It's like an apartment hostel-ish. 2 Floors. Neighborhood was good. There was no wow effect but at least it's clean, there's small like Asian small bathroom, enough space to do your business. But you will have to change your clothes outside the bathroom because it is cramped. But it has cupboard, sink, and a cabinet to put stuff. It has fun, and decent aircon. Internet connectivity is decent. Not super fast but not slow either. Just enough speed that I can do an online meeting without a camera on for my classes.

The secondary lock was not working. Although I just stayed there for 2 days so I did not bother to ask for a new room or new lock. I just bring my important stuff with me whenever I go out.

I liked the helpfulness of the staff. They walked the proverbial extra mile to extend assistance, like meet me with an umbrella because it was pouring the night I arrived and hail a cab for me at the roadside, which meant walking some distance from the hotel. There was also a mini store selling instant coffee and chocolate drinks, and chips. It was open 24/7. Mind you, for a budget hotel (i just needed to stay the night before catching a bus home the next day), the mini store was a pleasant surprise.

The road leading to the hotel is in poor condition. The downpour created a mini pool or huge puddle (take your pick) just at the point where the vehicle would turn right from the main road towards the hotel. It was enough to discourage me from going around the neighborhood the morning before i check out from the hotel.
