Superbe Villa Face à l'Ocean - Agadir beach City

The location was perfect

I am leaving this review after my personal experience of staying at the villa. Firstly, and most importantly my check in process was not pleasant as the person just handed the keys from outside of the property and disappeared. I was not accompanied inside or shown around. The Wi-Fi and internet do not work, and I contacted the host and they promised someone will come by tomorrow morning, but no one did and no contact through out the duration of the stay. The batteries in the remote of the TV and Air conditioning remotes were missing and when reported the host advised the previous occupiers took them and I should replace them. The showers were not in good condition and the water pressure was not good. Also, the hot water run out after ten minutes which is annoying that you don’t want to waste an hour for the water to be warm enough. The villa was not clean, (stain on toilet seat dried you which shows they don’t even clean the bathroom for next customer, and I cleaned the entire villa the next morning. Bedrooms were dirty and not clean, and I visited local Marjan store to purchase bed sheets and new towels to replace old dirty ones. Overall, the villa is in good location, but the condition of the villa needs to be updated and modernised as it is a quite old villa.
