Cozy, clean room, nice bed, has fireplace, most of kitchen stuff. Detailed instructions regarding many aspects (places to visit in Pärnu, how to use equipment inside the room)

The room lacks place to dry wet clothes

Feeling that you are welcome. Starting with warm message before check-in, handy recomendations when you come and late check-out (3pm). Found everything we expected and even more (coffee machine). It feels that every little detail is thought of. We felt really cozy (with burning fireplace on rainy evening). And bonus for beeing really pet friendly place (doesn't cost extra)! If we ever back to Parnu - for sure staying at this place.

Despite that everything in the apartment is really high quality, the sofa bed is not that comfy for sleeping.
