YUVi Blue Guesthouse at Himmafushi

The stuff, especily the cook chef, he made sure that we enjoy our stay at the hotel..he asked what we would like to eat and made some very good food for us, and also a buffet with viriety of food, which everyone could pay for and enjoy.

Staff are lovely, friendly, polite, very helpful, very accommodating. Breakfast buffet was varied with tuna and local dishes as well as toast, eggs and tea/coffee. It was very fulfilling. Great AC. Comfortable and very clean beds and bed linen. Large room. Balcony with clothes rack to dry clothes. Can literally walk to private beach in 10 secs in your pyjamas it’s so secluded. Because spa and private beach not ready yet, they gave us excellent discount.

Housekeeping was very prompt and provided fresh towels daily but could have done a much better job cleaning the rooms. Spa not available yet. Beach still under construction and hardly any deck chairs and no umbrella. Can’t really sit there for long.

The room was ok comfortable and clean the staff were friendly and couldn’t do enough for you

The description on booking.com was completely false there was no bar and the spa had not been built the location was a building site with a beach full of rubbish

We had an absolutely wonderful 5-night stay at Yuvi Blue Hotel! From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded our expectations. The rooms were incredibly spacious, with comfortable beds that ensured a great night’s sleep. The housekeeping staff did an amazing job, cleaning the rooms daily and providing fresh bath towels and linen changes, which made everything feel spotless and welcoming. The breakfast, though not overly extravagant, had enough variety to suit all tastes, and we never left the table hungry. A highlight for us was the mas huni roshi, which was incredibly flavorful and gave us a delicious taste of the local cuisine. What truly made our stay exceptional, however, was the outstanding service we received from the staff, particularly Kona at reception. She went above and beyond to make us feel at home. From her warm and friendly demeanor to her exceptional organizational skills, she was always there to assist with anything we needed. Kona helped us plan and book exciting trips and activities, arranged boats, and provided invaluable recommendations that enhanced our experience. It’s clear she genuinely cares about the guests, and her efforts truly made our holiday unforgettable. Yuvi Blue Hotel is a perfect blend of comfort, cleanliness, and outstanding service. We left feeling relaxed, well cared for, and eager to return. A huge thank you to the entire team for making our stay so special.

We didn’t get the best weather…

we stayed here for 4 days. efficient, attentive staff always available for any request. spacious, clean and new room. very very abundant and delicious buffet breakfast. all the staff work at their best, thanks to them but above all to the splendid Kona, the manager of the facility who helped us in everything and was always very attentive and efficient. I highly recommend. thanks also to the chef who was always available and made us eat new and very very good dishes.

People were very nice , and very helpful , they presented us many activities which turned amazing and they were generous as well , overall amazing experience and amazing people !

Our stay in Himmafushi was absolutely magical, and it all started with Kona, who greeted us warmly at the dock. From the moment she picked us up, her kindness and attention to detail set the tone for an unforgettable trip. Kona went above and beyond to make our stay seamless and special—she even helped arrange our travel back and forth from the hotel, making everything stress-free. The hotel itself exceeded our expectations in every way. The waiter was attentive and friendly, while the chef's creations were nothing short of phenomenal. Each meal was a culinary delight, with fantastic flavors and beautiful presentations. Housekeeping was impeccable, timing their service perfectly when we were out exploring, so we always returned to a spotless room. The beach was pure bliss: pristine sands, crystal-clear waters, and, best of all, tranquility. Most of the time, it felt like we had the entire beach to ourselves, with only a few others around. It was the perfect spot to unwind and soak in the natural beauty. One of the highlights of our trip was the candlelight dinner Kona and the staff arranged for us right on the beach. The soft lighting, gentle music, and full-service setup created an intimate and magical atmosphere. It was the perfect way to celebrate our one-year anniversary, and we couldn't have asked for a better experience. Tips for Travelers: Bring some cash or exchange for local currency at the airport; most places accept USD or the local currency. Get a SIM card at the airport for reliable internet access—it was a lifesaver for us. For transportation: After collecting your luggage, turn left when exiting the secure area. Walk past the information booth and Burger King, then cross the road to the taxi area. You can take a taxi to Male and then a boat to Himmafushi or, depending on the time, a ferry directly from the airport. Private speedboats are also available.

We lost Wifi a few times but I had great Cell service so get a sim card.

Good internet for Maldives standards and comfortable tables to do some work if necessary. Small but cozy rooms. The staff is very helpful, like a lot, huge respect.

Breakfast could have been better, very limited choices. Coffee is meh. Pictures are not very accurate.
