I had a very disappointing experience with this stay. Upon arrival, we immediately ran into issues with the heater. The host provided us with batteries, but the remote still didn’t work, leaving us freezing for the majority of our stay. Cleanliness was also a major concern. The entire place was dusty and felt unkept, but the bathroom was by far the worst. It was so dirty that I had to go out and buy flip flops just to feel comfortable using it. The pillowcases were visibly filthy, which made it hard to relax or feel at ease. On our second day, the bed actually broke while we were resting. To their credit, maintenance did come and fixed it, but it was still a frustrating and inconvenient experience. Additionally, the neighborhood felt very unsafe and sketchy, which added to the discomfort of the stay. Overall, I would not recommend this property. There are significant issues with cleanliness, maintenance, and basic comfort that need to be addressed.

The property was inhabitable. The bathroom had water coming from the floor planks so we couldn't take showers. The bed was extremely uncomfortable. We ended going to a hotel.

The setup & vision for the property was good. We were satisfied with the location.

The cleanliness & lack of towels. W/D unit was offered but no detergent or dryer sheets were provided. Had to find a store to purchase some. The laundry room could use some major improvements as well.
