PRECIOSO ESTUDIO CON TERRAZA EN EL CORAZON DE MADRID Calle Cava Baja, 30

La recepción fue excelente. El piso es precioso, decorado con muy buen gusto. Tiene todo lo que se necesita y está muy bien situado, en el corazón del barrio de La Latina. Y aunque no hayamos podido disfrutarla mucho, tiene una terraza impresionante

Realmente nada, nos encantaría volver

L’emplacement dans une charmante rue, très bien situé. Bon équipement! Douche TB (bonne pression, bonne taille, très propre). Chouette terrasse. Jolie décoration, nuits calmes, propriétaire adorable.

Tout était parfait! À savoir : peu lumineux mais de ce fait : température maintenue à l’intérieur.

Excellent location! Walking distance from Mayor Plaza. Lots of cafes on the street. Nice little kitchen. Big terrace, with a table and chairs, however we didnt use it much, just to dry our clothes. There is a washing mashine in the accommodation, which we appreciated. Communication was very good. We used whatsup to coordinate our check in time.

Room is on a smallish size.

It is not 5 star accommodation, but the location is just great and facilities very good. Bed was comfy, there is a private balcony unlike many other units in the complex and we did use it for a drink and a bite after self catering. It has a washing machine (detergent supplied) which was great after a few days travel. Lots of thoughtful inclusions in kitchen, Right on one of Madrid's great eating streets and an easy walk to Plaza Mayor. If we stay in Madrid again, this would be the first place we'd try for. We are a mature married couple vacationing from Australia. We used a pre arranged car to transport us from the airport and were glad we did as navigating in the narrow streets of La Latina would be difficult for an unfamiliar tired traveller.

Wonderful apartment at Cava Baja. Not too small and a kitchen too.

The downside was the owen. It was mentionned, but there were only a micro one.

The apartment is very clean and has everything you might need for a short stay (including a washing machine and a kitchen full of things). The huge advantage is its great location in the very heart of historic Madrid (less than 10 min from Plaza Mayor).

It is cold (in winter) and hard to get it warm and cozy without knocking out all the electricity in the apartment (however, there is an AC and a heater there, so the host tries to make it warmer). The bed is not the widest and is located a bit weirdly, such that it is not the most comfortable (there is a gap on one side).

Lovely apartment, perfect in every way. Spacious, lovely bathroom and kitchen, great terrace.
