All Season Fun and Cozy Home in Island Falls, ME

While traveling I recieved an email with the code to the lockbox to let ourselves in, the email said that the owner would contact us with the checkout procedure on our last day. We arrived an hour earlier than we expected and we were able to check in early which was great. The house was clean and spacious. The kitchen was well stocked with equipment. I appreciated the washer and dryer. The beds were ok. Well stocked with linens, towels, blankets, water pressure in the shower was good. I appreciated decent toilet paper lol not the stuff that falls apart. We never used the tvs so i can't speak to that.

I would have appreciated some sort of welcome note, with check in/ check out procedures, wifi password. We were mainly at our family's camp on mattawamkeag lake but it might be nice to have some information about the area, restaurants, things to do. After a couple of days i messaged for the wifi password and was told to check the router in the master bedroom, there wasn't a router there, only in the livingroom which didn't have any password on it. I received an email that said here it is, but there was nothing attached. Since we spent very little time at the house it wasn't such A big deal. In the bedrooms there are no bedside tables so we had to bring kitchen chairs in to put our cpaps, phones and water. I used a small table from the livingroom for my grandsons room. Even a set of TV type trays could be an easy solution to this. A box of tissues in the house would have been nice. The master bathroom had huge mirrors that covered two walls above the jetted tub, i didn't care for that, we didn't use that bathroom. On our last day we did not recive an email about the checkout procedure, even after i emailed i got zero response. So i stripped the sheets from the beds, gathered used towels and placed them on the washing machine. I folded blankets and left them on the bed. All dishes were washed and put away and everything was left as we found the house. I emptied the garbage we brought it with us to camp and my brother disposed it along with their trash. (in my email i asked about where to dispose of the garbage but no response) It was very disconcerting to have no communication with the owner at checkout. Very strange.
