GBSpotlessly clean very modern style 1 bed apartment in the centre of the city. The lounge is comfortable and quiet. Great location at city centre, with decent cafés, bars, and restaurants just a short walk away. Interesting shops if you look around. Car park under Waitrose opposite.
Awful mattress - needs changing. It's a double bed rather than king size. Website listed kitchen items but there's no kitchen just tea/coffee making facilities and fridge in the bedroom. This is not a self-catering flat. The shower in the bathroom has been unusable since at least July - there's a hole in the floor. The shower in the shower room flooded the floor and the hall, possibly because of a blocked drain. There is no blind/curtain in the bathroom so using the bath, basin, and toilet leaves you exposed to the courtyard. The brilliant style of glass double doors into the flat lacks curtains, so occupants are exposed to the communal staircase. Some light switches and bulbs don't work. Heated towel rails need bleeding.

There are 2 big bathrooms but no kitchen/dining area. Hence not suitable for long stay unless eat out all the time.
ZAA beautifully decorated one bedroom apartment with amazing attention to detail in terms of the decoration . Very conveniently located - close to the high street.
Guests should be told that there is NO kitchen- no place to rinse your glasses and cups, I had to use the bathroom washbasin. So you can’t prepare a meal if you stay for longer. No cutlery and crockery. Only cups and glasses and one teaspoon. Only a microwave in the lounge and a kettle and coffee machine in the bedroom cupboard. The lights did not switch on in the bathroom closest to the main bedroom. There is a courtyard but you don’t get the key to the door leading to it, so you can’t use it. The glass door leading into the apartment could do with some covering because it does not feel private especially if you a solo traveller . If you don’t know how to lock the apartment door from the outside you can struggle for a while - guests should be told how to do this.

GBGood location, short walk into centre. Nicely appointed throughout, good 'people watching' area at windows in bedroom! Smart decor, two bathrooms.
No kitchen at all! Pointless'showcase' champagne cabinet that you are told not to touch unless you want to pay a ludicrous premium for a bottle of champagne. Door to outside area locked.
