Apartment tram 28 Duplex

Ubicación muy céntrica! Metro, bus y tranvia en la plaza Martim Moinz. Aunque se puede llegar andando a los barrios turísticos: Baixa, Alfama, Chiado,… Muy bien aislado del ruido exterior. Equipado con todo lo necesario. Sarah estuvo muy atenta durante nuestra estancia, ¡gracias!

Aunque tiene dos aires (uno en cada planta), el apartamento es un poco frío.

Clean. Host left milk and wine. Good communication before arrival.

Staying with a friend and property advertised as having a sofabed. This is broken which the host knows. There was, in any event only bedding for the upstairs bed set as a double. It took 48 hours, and a message to booking.com, to get bedding. Spending 5 days on a broken.sofabed was not ideal. The advert clearly gives amenities as a bed and a sofa bed, if it's broken that should be removed. I dont think the host understands this because apart from this the flat is clean and she leaves lovely touches such as wine.

The size of the apartment was great. The kitchen was fully equipped. The host left a free bottle of wine for us which was a cute gesture. We don't drink though, so we just left it for the next guest.

The location was terrible. A lot of homeless people and junkies around. Not sure how well the place was cleaned, we found a lot of black hair everywhere around the apartment.

Location. Bottle of wine and fruits, I find it very kind.

Apartment needs a renovation. Ceiling on the upper level is low, you can hit yourself easily, 2 single beds instead of one big. Was asking for the late check out since the booking was made, and the evening before got a feedback on late check out being impossible. It can be a bit noisy. There is no furniture on the balcony.

Great location near the centre of town. Close to the Metro. Located in an older shabbier part of town but we felt comfortable and safe. Great to have a dishwasher and washer / dryer machine and drying racks. We appreciated the wine and fruit left for us by the host which was very welcoming.
