Loved the location and heated pool. Apartment was like a home from home. Had everything needed and a supermarket across the road. Will definitely be looking to book again.

The bedding was a very poor quality looked dirty

Fantastic location! In less than a minute from leaving apartment could be on beach or at pool. Supermarket right across street as well as a few restaurants and cafes. Short walk to main strip in Puerto del Carmen or Matagorda in other direction. Taxi rank and bus stop right across road from apartments too. Apartment very well equipped and exceptionally clean. Had everything we needed for our stay. Air con in living room good and coin operated which no problem at all. Ceiling fans in bedrooms very helpful for those humid nights. Lovely partial sea views from balcony - could even hear the waves! Communal pool temp excellent and lovely to swim in even in January. Gardens and pool area in complex maintained to a very high standard. Pool area well kept and pool toilets very clean too. Complex secure with locked gates. Apartment very spacious and tv had good channels/ Netflix. Found beds comfortable enough for stay and plenty towels provided. Will definitely stay here again. Loved it!

If any improvement could suggest, would maybe say aircon in bedrooms but this wouldn't stop me staying again.

Location was perfect , the apartment had everything we needed.

Wonderful location- out the gate and you are on the beach. Out on to the street and you are near the end of the strip. Nice quiet area. Lots of parking- but you could do without the car easily. Apartment as described. Good well stocked kitchen. Washing machine- which is great if you are travelling lightly. Apartment has been renovated- so 2 decent bathrooms with walk in shower. Ground floor , so, ideal for my Mum with reduced mobility. Pool has Roman steps so again easy to access. Pool area quiet and tidy. Have stayed before in an apartment in this complex. Yes, it has a front line view but is not as modern or good value as this one in Block 4.
