It was very professional, two people waited for us before checking in. They also helped with our luggage up the flight of stairs

Super easy check-in! The host was waiting for us right on time, greeted us warmly, and gave us a quick tour of the apartment. We arrived a bit early while the cleaner was still finishing up, but they kindly let us drop our bags—super helpful and made for a smooth transition. The location is fantastic—right in the center, surrounded by great bars, restaurants, and (bonus!) just two blocks from my favorite café in Madrid, which I didn’t realize until we arrived. The building and neighborhood were quiet, which made it easy to rest and recharge. The apartment itself was compact but smartly designed. It’s a 2-bedroom, 2-bath and worked great for my partner and me—we both work in tech and were able to take calls and get work done in separate rooms without issue. Comfortable beds, solid layout, and the A/C was a lifesaver in the summer heat. All in all, a great experience. Would definitely stay again!

No Elevator and apartment was on the 3rd floor, so carrying the luggage up upon arrival was annoying, but hey, we're in Europe!

we had several issues with the keys and nobody repaired them and issues with the toilettes also

The location is good

The lock of the building entrance is in bad condition and it's very very difficult to open the door with the keys given by MintStay. We sent several messages regarding this issue but they never replaced the keys. The building does not have lift and the stairs lights are not working properly, sometimes in the middle of the stairs the lights turn off. We had issues with the toilettes and after 4 hours (we couldn't use the toilettes during those 4 hours) the service team came to fix the problem.
