Casa Etna Sea immersa nel verde a 5 min a piedi dal mare tra Etna & Taormina

Sehr freundliche Vermieter. Ablauf von Check in und out ging alles ohne Probleme. Lage der Wohnung in einer ruhigen Lage. Alles in allen war die Unterkunft fast perfekt. In der Nähe ein Supermarkt und eine Bar..Gerne wieder.

Kleinigkeiten.Die Fliegengitter müssten mal erneuert werden. Und beim Duschen wird das Wasser mal kalt und dann wieder heiß

Casa grande e pulita, le signore molto accoglienti. Ottima vacanza complimenti. Presente wifi e aria condizionata in ogni stanza.

Unica nota non troppo positiva il fatto che per andare al mare nei lidi attrezzati occorre prendere la macchina. A 5 minuti a piedi vi è cmq una sorta di spiaggia libera.

We rested from August 11 to August 22 – 7 people (2 families). Large apartment, located in a quiet and super green place Riposto (2nd floor). Two bathrooms and a huge balcony around the perimeter of the apartment. Three bedrooms and an office (hall). The apartment was clean. In addition to the main linen and towels in the amount of three pieces per person, each room had a spare set of linen and towels. The nearest beach is 5 minutes away, but it is difficult to swim if you are with children (large stones). The most wonderful thing about this vacation spot is the hosts: Loredana and Antonio! These people were always in touch, tried to answer all the questions that arose and help solve them, organized a wonderful and inexpensive transfer both to and from the airport. I would like to make a few suggestions to improve the rest: 1. If possible, remove furniture that cannot be used (some of the cabinets are closed, but take up space), add shelves or bedside tables in the bedrooms. 2. I would do a remodel (a bedroom that would be combined with the kitchen into a kitchen-dining room), and instead of an office, which is most likely not used by guests, I would make a third bedroom.

A bit cramped kitchen-dining room for 7 people. Weak water pressure if you use 2 showers at once. A good beach with small pebbles is a bit far (20 min. walk), but with such a rich meal you need to move a lot!

I liked it because it was spacious, and I chose it to make our stay easier, as we were two families.

We were treated like “strangers”; There was no hot water; Large chunks of plaster were falling from the ceiling on the terrace — a real danger for the children; Starting from the second day, the owners contacted us demanding an extra payment for the children, around €496, and from that point on we kept receiving constant messages to pay in cash or into their personal account, instead of through Booking where we had already paid the full amount and entered all the correct details. After we met with them, we explained the situation and even showed them — by making another test reservation for the following week — that I had entered the children’s ages correctly and that the same price I had initially paid still appeared. Despite this, they kept insisting on their version. In the end, after long negotiations, they agreed to €200 in cash. Later, we received more messages saying they were still not satisfied, but we no longer engaged in the discussions. The property is 5 minutes from the sea, but they don’t mention that it’s a tiny rocky beach. They “monitored” us from across the street during our entire stay, as if we were criminals.

Velmi vstřícní hostitelé, nic nebyl problém vyřešit a hned. Sice starší zařízení, ale naprosto vyhovující a dostupnější.

This is a home away from home all that one can ever need also for a long stay and very well sized three bedrooms with a serrounding balkoni , good internet very secure parking for who is with own private car, close to shops and resaurants and 5 minutes to the prominade for an early morining walk watching the sun rise , this will not be the last time that I stayed in this appartment and next time will be a longer stay , I thank the owners of the apartment for such a warm welocome and for making our stay comfortable
