Great location in the old city, good equipment level, easy exchange with owner through whatsapp, charm of Giovinazzo even in the middle of the touristic season

La posizione dell'alloggio e il buon funzionamento dell'aria condizionata. Impagabile la vista sul mare.

Un consiglio che vale per tutti i gestori degli appartamenti vacanze: meno soprammobili e più spazio per porre gli oggetti e i bagagli dei clienti. Due consigli - accorgimenti invece per "Il balconcino sul mare 2": a) Sarebbe opportuno (a mio avviso) eliminare il divano letto in sala e mettere il tavolo al suo posto mettendo un letto al posto del tavolo b) Rendere più usufruibile (almeno per stenderci la roba lavata) il balconcino riparandolo dalle deiezioni dei piccioni.

The apartment was exactly like in the pictures but had an amazing vibe on top of it. Its location was great, in the heart of the old town. We had a great time there.
