Enrico is an extremely helpful host. He is usually available and ready to help with any queries anytime. The property is super clean and is well stocked. The AC did help as Italy can be quite warm. The neighbourhood is very quiet and very residential, almost everybody keeps to themselves. There is the ‘Sole supermarket ‘ about 9 minutes walk and you get almost all household items there.

Though the are is good it can be tricky for Deliveroo drivers coming to the front of the building as the postcode was not quite updated with google. I always had to meet them on the main road.

"Nice stay at the suburb of Venice"

It's nice 2 bedroom apartment with living room, kitchen and bathroom. Nice and comfortable beds, enough to make decent stay. Located on the 3rd floor of a small apartment house, no elevator. Quite neighbourhood with birds singing and no traffic sound at all. The owner was helpful, check-in easy. Recommended.
