- Phòng đẹp lắm, sạch sẽ thơm tho, nhìn ảnh phòng thì màn che nhìn thấy núi, nhưng thật ra chỉ là 1 khoảng rất nhỏ, 2 bên là 2 căn hotel đối diện tạo 1 khe ở giữa thấy núi xíu thôi. - NV hỗ trợ nhiệt tình - Phòng có ban công thoải mái, những căn có cuối là X03 sẽ có ban công dài rộng.

Chỉ 3 điều này thôi, không làm mình khó chịu nhưng mình góp ý để ks khắc phục: 1. Ngay từ đầu mình note là giúp mình lấy phòng tầng cao, nhưng lại cho mình tầng 1. Mặc dù lúc đó có thêm 1 phòng trống tầng 2. Nhưng mà có lẽ mình đến sớm 10’ trước 14h nên phòng đó họ có trước nên cho mình lên. Khi mình phản hồi thì ok hỗ trợ đổi phòng, nhưng bảo là có phòng thì lên đưa chìa khoá, mình đợi mãi nên tự thân xuống lấy chìa khoá luôn vì k có nhân viên nào lên đưa. 2. Mình đọc đánh giá hay phản hồi khách, ảnh phòng có bếp từ và ấm siêu tốc, có dụng cụ bếp nấu (bếp từ) nhưng mà chỗ bếp không có gì ngoài bồn rửa, kể cả ấm siêu tốc cũng k có luôn. 3. Tv thì chỉ có kết nối với dth android thoi, nên mình k airplay dc. Nm vẫn có ứng dụng ytb với netflix nha.
