I liked that it was spacious and we could all be together

The 1st day the hot tub was messed up they fixed it on Friday but the WiFi was out about the whole time we didn’t get any Wi-Fi or internet until Sat around 12 without the Wi-Fi our phones didn’t work we couldn’t watch any tv I was very disappointed and aggravated I asked the guy that was our host to refund some of our money back because we didn’t get what we paid for we couldn’t even call our families or anyone unless we went into town because the cell phones don’t pick up that goof in those mountains without Wi-Fi

Beautiful view of the decks and places was very clean and well kept.

We found roach I have pictures and videos we had to mileage in the middle of the night because we have a new baby and there were really bad

Need triple AAA batteries for the tv remote downstairs. A couple of extra lightbulbs for the upstairs bedroom. This was an amazing cabin, great location and access to all attractions. Clean as a whistle, very comfortable and well maintained. Lots of amenities. Highly recommend Cubby Bear!

Absolutely nothing

The property was clean and ready when we arrived and it was just as described! We had trouble initially with the door code but host answered call and resolved it right away.

The theme was cute

There was hair in the bathtub upon arrival, there was limited towels and rags compared to even a hotel! The entire home was sprayed with axe cologne causing my daughter to have an asthma attack but it doesn't stop there because my daughter is out of school due to a follow up with her specialist meaning we also have to travel an hour to a doctor because of this! I did contact the owner and all he had to say was "there has never been a complaint before" but did NOT care about the complaint he was receiving. There was only one extra blanket in the home for TWO pull out couches. Both babies gates were gangky and wouldn't secure a rat. Speaking of those, there is a family of them living in the walls that played all night keeping myself and my husband up.
